Owner of Bree Harris Designs

A Williamsburg, Virginia native, Bree Harris brings a deep appreciation for history, charm, and timeless design to every project she undertakes. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Christopher Newport University and a certification in interior decorating from the University of Richmond, Bree combines formal education with a natural eye for detail and beauty. Before launching her interior design career, she spent 13 years as a professional graphic designer–an experience that sharpened her sense of color, balance, and visual storytelling. Today, Bree specializes in creating warm, refined spaces that blend classic influences with coastal ease, reflecting her roots in Virginia's historic Tidewater region. When she's not designing, Bree enjoys life at home with her husband, Andrew, and their three young children–Henry, Logan, and Caroline–who are her greatest inspiration and joy.

Career

Over the last 15 years, Bree has spent her career in marketing for local government and non-profits. At the Peninsula SPCA, she raised over half a million dollars for the homeless pets of the Peninsula as the marketing and special events manager. As a marketing manager for the City of Newport News, Bree oversaw all marketing and adult programming for the Newport News Public Library System. For the last 6 years, Bree has worked for the National Center for State Courts, and currently serves as the graphic design and brand manager, designing national and international publications and overseeing the Center's brand. Additionally, Bree serves as her neighborhood's HOA president and volunteers at various organizations in the community.
